Very pleased with the entire process of replacing our windows with Window World of Myrtle Beach. From the sales team and office staff through the installation crew, communication was excellent and everything was handled as planned and discussed.
Kevin and his installation team did a fantastic job. They encountered a few unexpected issues during the installation and put in the extra time needed to make sure everything was completed properly rather than rushing through the job.
Overall, we had a great experience from start to finish and are very pleased with both the new windows and the service we received. I would definitely recommend Window World of Myrtle Beach.

I would like to thank everyone that had to deal with my window project since March of this year. It was a monumental task dealing with my HOA and all their rules and everyone at Window World was so helpful and patient with all that had to be submitted to the Board at the HOA. I’m 600 miles away dealing with the project at my rental and they helped with every aspect from start to finish and made it all easy for me. The Windows turned out great and the HOA was pleased! Thanks to everyone who dealt with this, from March until completion in September. I highly recommend Window World of Myrtle Beach!

We had windows and sliding glass doors replaced by Window World of Myrtle Beach. The salesman, Peter, arrived as scheduled and provided options. We authorized the order and were able to pay by phone. The windows and doors arrived in the expected time period and installation was scheduled. The installation team of Justin and Baher arrived on time and completed the work over three days. They kept us informed and asked for our input where it was needed. The work was completed in a professional manner and they cleaned up both inside and outside before leaving at the end of the each day. Justin noticed a small defect with one of the windows and arranged to have a new sash ordered proactively, which was appreciated. Overall, we had a solid experience and would use this company in the future.

Could not have asked for a better install team with Robert and Chandler. They called when they were on their way and advised of the process with the install. They did a great job with the install. The door is beautiful and the trim work looks awesome. When they left you could not even tell they were there, no mess or anything, just a great new door.
