The initial consult was extremely through and made sure to account for all of our needs, like rotting exterior wood and permits due to the windows being around stairs.
The installation was honestly incredible - Kevin was quick, professional, and installed all three windows by himself! Lowe's quoted us having to set up scaffolding!
The permit follow-ups were quick and easy.
If we need additional windows in the future, Window World will be our first call.

I got an estimate for replacing 3 windows on May 5th, 2026.
I was told at the time that it would take 8 to 12 weeks to custom make and install.
I was surprised when I got the call that they were ready to install on June 8th. Between 8 and 9 am: ...WAY ahead of schedule.
Their installer, Kevin, showed up precisely at 8 am: ... extremely courteous and professional.. got to work.. and in no time.. we had new windows.
The quality of his workmanship was way above what I expected.
He actually left the job site cleaner than when he arrived.
