About 4 years after having our windows installed, we had an issue with one of them. From the initial call to Megan, and the prompt return call from Van Sr., on through to Van Jr.arriving on site the very same day, I found everyone to be courteous and helpful. Great customer service all around! And Van Jr. was especially a joy to have taking care of us. He was professional, knowledgeable, patiently answered questions I had and explained things in an easy to understand manner. He was even more than willing to look at one of our other windows and made sure everything was fine with it, too. Van Jr. left me feeling confident that everything was well taken care of. It’s such a relief to know I can count on Window World.

At the end of the project he was preparing to leave and my husband had already paid him. I asked why the hurricane “screws” weren’t placed on the trim. He said he left plywood to be placed over it in case of storm. That we didn’t need the screws and they were all bent anyway. I said my understanding is that new ones would be placed and it’s in our contract. His whole demeanor changed and he hurriedly installed 4 screws. He loaded up his ladder and left. I am not a confrontational person. My husband and I will purchase the needed screws and install them ourselves. On our contract we were charged $76 for removal and replacement so I feel I wasn’t asking for anything extra. We di appreciate the extra caulking he said was needed.
